Sanromana is a wonderful fusion of Nicaragüense and Salvadorian food as their logo proudly exhibits flags from both! Their family always stated that they needed a restaurant but we were never able to put our ideas into action. Fast forward to 2024 I , youngest son of their 3 children, finally decided to start a food business, not only to bring my parents’ dream to life but also to be able to share the delicious, authentic Central American food my mother makes.
Sanromana currently makes Pupusas (9 different ingredients to choose from) Tamales Salvadoreños (chicken, pork, jalapeño), and Panes con Pollo (Salvadorian Chicken Sandwich). Our menu is still growing and we hope to share more food from both El Salvador and Nicaragua with you all.
